Thought I’d share this with you from the Greater Good Science Center – a part of the University of California that since 2001 has been ‘at the fore of a new scientific movement to explore the roots of happy and compassionate individuals, strong social bonds, and altruistic behavior—the science of a meaningful life’.
Add to this, this interesting video (also from the Greater Good Science Center) about the ratio of negativity to positivity that really works for us – arguing that negativity is part of the happiness picture. It also challenges us to think beyond the ‘norm’ of happiness – daring to go beyond. Sound familiar?!
